Return Window

• We offer a 2-day return policy. You have 2 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

• Please note: Live plants must be returned at the time of delivery if you wish to return them.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your return.

• If approved, we will initiate your refund through your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
