Hoe & cultivator gardening tool is ideal for cultivating soil, as well as planting seeds, annuals, perennials, and bulbs.  The hoe end of the tool is great for digging narrow trenches for planting seeds and bulbs. The cultivator end of the tool is used to aerate and loosen the soil.
